A working meeting was held in Redipuglia (Italy) with the Honorary Director of the Redipuglia military Complex, Lieutenant Colonel Massimiliano Fioretti and President of the International Police Association (I. P. A.) Monfalcone Franco Staccul.
The meeting was attended by:
- Professor Paolo Pascolo is the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the International Competition . Founder of the association “Humanity inside the war”. Honorary member of UNESCO (Italy).
- Marat Shakirzyanov-General Director of the Zur Art Foundation, Partner and Honorary member of the Italian Association “Humanity inside War”, Official representative of the Italian Association “Humanity inside War” in Russia and the CIS countries, Coordinator of the International Children’s Drawing Contest “Humanity inside War ” in Russia and the CIS countries.
- Alfiya Amirova is the President of the International Women’s Union, a member of the organizing committee of the International Competition, a partner and an Honorary member of the Italian Association” Humanity Inside War“.
At the meeting, working moments and future projects were discussed.
After the meeting, we visited the military museum “The Great War of 1914-1918” at the The Redipulya War Memorial.
Earlier, the handmade icon “Saints Cyril and Methodius” was donated to the chapel at the Redipulia War Memorial (Italy). The icon was made by a Russian master – a woman, a participant and Winner of the Festival “By Hands of a Woman”, using a unique technology of knot weaving in a single copy and is an exact copy of the icon in the chapel at the Redipulia War Memorial.
