It was created to assist in the implementation of the main goals and objectives of the Fund. It is the controlling body of the Fund and supervises the activities of the Fund. The Board of Trustees includes prominent representatives of science, culture, art, education, business community and government officials. To perform the functions assigned to them, the Board of Trustees has the right:
- to get acquainted with all the documents relating to the activities of the Fund;
- receive explanations from officials of the Foundation;
- give recommendations on the strategy and priorities of the Fund, the use of the Fund’s assets, the formation of charitable programs.
The recommendations of the Board of Trustees shall be considered at the meeting of the Expert Council of the Fund.
