CHERYOMUKHIN Viktor. Born on July 19, 1950 in Karaganda (Kazakh SSR). He graduated from the faculty of journalism of the Kazakh state University and graduate school of the Academy of social Sciences at the Central Committee of the CPSU, majoring in media.
Came to journalism in 20 years, where he rose from senior literary employee of the regional newspaper “the banner of the virgin” (g. Derzhavinsk) to the Federal Director of the publishing house of the newspaper “Russia”. He worked in responsible positions in party bodies and state structures of the Soviet Union and Russia, Vice-rector of the all-Russian Institute of press and mass information, taught at the Russian state social University. In 1992-1993-Deputy chief editor of the magazine “Renaissance”.
Head of press services of the state Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from 1994 to 2002 and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from 2002 to 2003.
He took an active part in the creation and release of parliamentary media: the magazine “Russian Federation today”, “parliamentary newspaper”, TV programs “Parliamentary hour” and “senators Club”.
In 2003-2012-Director of the Department of media relations of oil and gas company “ITERA”, head of the press service Of the international group of companies”ITERA”. In 2005 – 2008 – adviser to the Secretary of state of the Union state of Belarus-Russia.
From February 2012 to March 2017 – Secretary of the Union of journalists of Moscow. In 2014-editor-in-chief of the international magazine “Business interlocutor”.
Since April 2017-Deputy editor-in-chief of the Slavs magazine Of the international Slavic Academy.
Since 1984 he has been working on the theory and practice in the field of international relations, public opinion, PR-technologies and communication.
Author of scientific and educational works on public opinion and international relations. He is a specialist in shaping the image of political parties, creating and managing Press services and PR structures, developing concepts, planning and conducting PR companies at the Federal and international level.
He is a real state Advisor of the Russian Federation of the 1st class. Academician of the international Slavic Academy of Sciences, education, arts and culture. Honorary doctor of the Kyrgyz – Russian Slavic University. Member of the Presidium of the Union of journalists of Moscow.Member of the Union of journalists of Russia. Member of the organizing Committee of the international TV forum “Together”. Member of the editorial Board of “Forum” magazine.
